Job Required Qualifications

  • Should successfully finish the mandatory program testing
  • Prior experience of one year in customer service in a call center ecosystem is preferred
  • Eloquent written and communication skills are a must
  • Should display dependability to follow schedules and get the tasks done
  • Should have flexible qualities to alternate between day and night shifts
  • Capability to skillfully operate Windows applications like MS Office and have a basic understanding of the Internet
